Raise a concern

As a Certified B Corporation, we’re accountable to the people our business affects. If something we’ve done doesn’t sit right with you, we want to know.

Who can use this

Anyone. Employees, clients, contractors, suppliers, or anyone else affected by how we operate.

What we’ll look at

Concerns about how we treat people, our workplace practices, our impact on the community, our environmental practices, or our business ethics.

What we won’t look at here

Support tickets, billing questions, service delivery issues and sales inquiries.

What happens after you submit

We’ll look into your submission and keep you posted on progress along the way.

Within 30 business days we’ll send you a written response telling you what we found and what we’re doing about it, and we’ll confirm with you once it’s resolved. If your submission isn’t something we can take on here, we’ll explain why.

If it’s going to take us longer than 30 business days, we’ll tell you before that window closes.

Why we ask for your name and email

We need a way to reach you so we can confirm we received your concern, ask follow-up questions, and send you our response.

Your protection

Your concern goes to our CEO. You can ask us not to share your name with anyone else, and we’ll respect that. If we can’t look into it properly without naming you, we’ll tell you first and let you decide whether to go ahead.

We won’t retaliate against anyone for raising a concern in good faith. That goes for employees, contractors, and clients alike.
